Suggest Medication For Irritation In The Perineum

Question: Dr. Kakkar, I ran out of the methyl and gabba. I still apply the AF powder 3 times a day. I have started taking a supplement called "Nerve Fix" Homeopathic, it does have methylcobalamin in it. I still have the constant strange irritated feeling in the perineum area, inner and rear of thighs, in between buttocks. the tingling feeling is no longer constant, it comes and goes at times but when it does i can feel it mostly on the rear of scrotum near the perineum. also i am still experiencing abnormal perspiration in the area, even in cool temperatures. I am doing my best to follow all of your steps, just find it so odd for this to be a constant day and night irritation for 6 months now with no visible abnormalities. I am so confused, please if you have any other possibilities, i will try anything to feel normal again.

Hi. Thank you for your follow up.

Apart from continuing with the antifungal powder I would like you to add tablet doxepin 25 mg, once daily in evening for a few days. You may increase it to twice daily (morning and evening) depending on the response.
