Ideally it is best to continue the full course of antibiotics, because even if symptoms go away, this does not mean the infection has gone away. It is PROBABLY enough antibiotic given the amount you have taken so far. I would check a urine culture in 7 days to confirm resolution of the infection, and if it is positive, to choose an antibiotic that has less of an effect on your Meniere's disease.
