Question : I got cold or about a week a go I took a Zpack and I got better an d now I gor it again and I feel very sick and I got fever.Am I supposed to take the same medication again?

I will recommend that you take Tylenol and Benadryl to control the symptoms of congested nostrils and fever. There is no need to rush for antibiotics at this time. Unless something else happens, this will be enough. Also, drink much water and exercise often.
