Brief Answer:
Nerve related pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in both your legs, ankles, thighs, etc is likely to be due to a nerve root compression at the level of lumbar spine. This is likely to be a nerve related pain. Such pains can be relieved by medications like pregabalin and gabapentin, methylcobalamin supplements, using a lumbosacral belt and oral muscle relaxants. Increasing the dose of norco can make you habituated.
It is better to consult an orthopedician or a neurologist and get proper treatment prescribed.
I hope this answers your query.
