Suggest Medication For Scabies

Question: Any oral medications for Scabies? Have tried prescribed cream times 2, and still feel itching. Also taking antihistimines. Have discarded all lines, etc. Washed all in hot water and bleach.

Web MD does not provide.

Do you recommend any other info for primary doctor to feel comfortable prescribing. I am not on any other medications.
