Suggest Medication For Severe Allergy

Question: hello please kindly suggest me a tablet for my allergy,the allergy started yesterday after I wash my face at evening I don't know whether its the water or the clothes I wear or the maigrane injection I am taking but the last four days of using the injection no allergy occurs i m unable to understand its cause please help me I want a tablet for allergy available in Kazakhstan I m attaching a photo below of my allergy

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

Why do you say its allergy? Is it only at one spot or at other places also? Does it itch?

From the picture its not possible to say if it is allergy or a fungal infection or something else.

However you may take cetirizine or loratadine or allegra. All these can be used in allergy and will also control itching if it is there.

If it does not subside soon or increases then you may have to consult a dermatologist.

hello its in whole cheek n I m feeling a slightly burning sensation with red marks everywhere because last time I used a face wash which causes irritation to my skin n doctor told me it's an allergic reaction to the product n I think the marks spot on my face is almost same as last time.Please help me to make it go away quickly now I m taking a tablet called suprastin bought by asking from pharmacy without consulting a doctor.I m really worried whether it would work or not

Yes, from your description it does look like an allergic reaction. Suprastin is also an anti allergic medicine. You may continue that or take one of the tablets mentioned above. Locally you may try using betnovate ointment. Sometimes in allergic conditions, a short course of oral steroids like wysolone 20 to 30 mgm daily for 5 to 7 days helps.

If these measures do not help you may have to consult a dermatologist.

Only food and drinks with which you have observed any problem should be avoided. To knonow exactly what should be avoided, you have to undergo allergy testing with various substances. However generally speaking the common allergy causing food stuffs are chocolate, cheese, cashew nuts, walnuts, eggs etc.

I'm not aware of any home remedy for this. You may use icepacks for reducing the swelling. Avoid excessive exposure to sun.

hello can allgera be taken along with tagnsorbent montmorillonite powder prescribed by the doctor.Will it cause unwanted reaction or any other side effects
