Suggest Medication For Severe Anxiety
Question: I've been taking alpralazam for 8yrs . Mostly 1or 2 MG a day to sleep . I was involved in fatal car accident 2 yrs ago. It was not my fault My son died 9 more ago, the grief Is terrible, and I very left a 28 yr emotionly abusive relationship 6 more ago. Shoupdate I even bother.?

If you are feeling suicidal, visit an ER immediately. If not, seek out a psychiatrist to begin treatment with a combination of antidepressant medication and prolonged exposure therapy.
