Question: I've been taking alpralazam for 8yrs . Mostly 1or 2 MG a day to sleep . I was involved in fatal car accident 2 yrs ago. It was not my fault My son died 9 more ago, the grief Is terrible, and I very left a 28 yr emotionly abusive relationship 6 more ago. Shoupdate I even bother.?

It sounds like you could be depressed and may also be suffering from PTSD. What happened to you is horrible, but your life is worth it, and you can feel better. If you are feeling suicidal, visit an ER immediately. If not, seek out a psychiatrist to begin treatment with a combination of antidepressant medication and prolonged exposure therapy.
