Question : which is better for sinus infection. Amoxicillin or Minocycline? What about doxycycline? Which is less likely to cause c-diff?

I would advice you Amoxicillin 500mg twice daily

Thanks for the query.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Amoxicillin 500mg twice daily for 7-10 days after meal for sinus infection .

Amoxicillin will less likely to cause Clostridium difficile .
Minocycline & doxycycline are broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic & more likely to cause Clostridium difficile .

You can discuss this with your treating doctor.
