What medicine can i take for the sores and bumps in my bottom of moth and tongue. Nothing over the counter medice working. I have this problem for 1 year

If you are talking about bumps at base of tongue and if they are not painful, Do not try to fiddle with them . They are your taste buds.

No thses are painful sores on the tip of tongue and bottom of mouth. Not taste buds.

No smoking no drinking, skinny person, 15 years old asian male. Is painful for him to swallow because it is also in his throat. He is not here with us. But majority of sores are in his throat. No other health problems. 90 pounds maximum .

Thanks for information.
I have gone through your information they are useful but a photo may have been important.
It may either be chronic pharyngotonsillitis or Gastroesohageal Reflux disease.
Any way it is either an inflammatory reaction or some kind of swelling which may be troubling him.
A warm saline gargle and some antacid may be useful , but he need to be seen by a doctor for a confirm diagnosis.
