I only vomited 2 times...still feel queezy....I still have the headache . It has let up some but it still hurts and it's at the base of my head and into my neck. No vision difference.
Brief Answer:
Urgent physical examination.
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow up with details.
Acute onset severe headache with vomiting episodes, mandates an urgent physical examination. The cause of concern is to rule out any intracranial pathology.A brain imaging study like CT scan may be needed. Please visit an emergency room for physical and funduscopic examination. On the other hand,it may be just a severe primary headache, but something ominous should be ruled out.
If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer.
