Thanks for reverting back to me.

Although there are some anecdotal reports in favour of NAC in trichotillomania but the evidence is very weak atleast on this day.

The best efficacy in this particular disorder comes from SSRI group of medications and they are the mainstay of treatment in trichotillomania.
