Suggest Medication For Typhoid

Question : Dear Doctor XXXXXXX
Further to confirmation of Typhoid for my wife (35), our family doctor has recommended following medication. I just wanted to share to get your second opinion on the same.
Tab Zipod-200 (2 tabs/ day as antibiotic)
Tab Rinifall (2 tabs/day for mouth ulcer)
Tab Rabckind DSR (1 tab/ day as antacid)
Candid mouth gel (3 times/day)
Oraways gel (1 time/day at night)
(Mouth ulcer is deep which is causing tremendous difficulty in eating and even speaking).

Azithromycin should be added.

Dear XXXXXXX
The treatment given to your wife is very good. However I prefer to give two antibiotics for this purpose. I would recommend adding Azithromycin for this purpose to the current regimen suggested by your doctor.
