Brief Answer:
Various medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.

The hormone-like medroxyprogesterone acetate and norethisterone are best to treat the heavy menstrual bleeding and hormonal disturbance in the perimenopausal age group.

Vaginal infection should be treated by antibiotics after proper examination and investigations.

I will suggest you consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination, investigations, and treatment accordingly.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
