Brief Answer:
Any other symptoms?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This seems to be due milk regurgitation. Are there any other symptoms like fever, difficulty in breathing, etc.?
For only wet cough, you can give her syrup cetirizine 0.5 ml before sleeping at night.
You need to check with pediatrician if her symptoms persist for few days, or these symptoms get worse.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
My suggestion for milder medicines in beginning
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I usually suggest milder medicines in the beginning of sore throat.
After checking doctor's prescription it seems that baby needs help with breathing.
I would suggest the following:
- Syrup Cetirizine 0.5 ml before sleeping once a day only for runny nose and sneezing
- Syrup Asthalin 0.5 ml before sleeping once a day only for breathing difficulty due to wheezing. This has only one chemical that is a bronchodilator. This is to replace kep-x which has 3 medicines. Both not to be taken together.
Burping the child after every feed is important to pass the gases. For this, hold the child in upright position and tap gently on the middle and lower back to pass the burps.
If she does not get better in 5 days, then antibiotic amoxicillin maybe needed as advised by your doctor.
