As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This has almost 13 years that you are suffering. With the history suggestive of irritable moods, sleepless nights followed by migraine, bloating and discomfort in upper abdomen and so on surely indicate towards IBS.
However, you have not mentioned anything about the investigations which are the most important part of the diagnosis for ruling out certain things.
I would advise you the following if not yet done:
* Tests of stool, blood and urine
* CT scan of abdomen.
* Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy
All these investigations can help to diagnose a specific cause in some cases and hence get a specific treatment to get you better or cure.
If all the investigations as mentioned above are normal then only this can be labelled as IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome. The main treatment of IBS and even migraine is to correct the psychological and behavioral therapy. This can be in the form of medication, meditation, yoga and so on.
The best way is to avoid all the factors that gives you such symptoms and this is called preventive therapy. Secondly, you have intolerance to wheat, bread and milk. Hence, again, the part of management is to avoid all the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems - stop these altogether. You have to stop all milk products too.
Please make a list of the foods, beverages and any other factors that cause the problems and strictly stop these. About medications, your doctor alone can tell about the continuation, stopping duration and all.
IF the above therapy as described above helps you, medications may not be needed at all.
I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to ask for relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap in communication.
Thank you.

sir I have done all the report mentioned by you and show to the gastroentologist and all are normal. He told me that you have b12 absorbtion problem and he give me b12 injection the I stop vomiting . but he never solve my IBS problem. I show then another gastroentrolist and he give me normaxin I feel very good with this and after two months he stop my medicine. I observe that I feel good with ssri medication and antispasmodic medicine like mebervine. my main problem is upper abodomen discomfort and feeling of fullness immediately after meal. I cant eat large foods. should I have problem of low stomach acid level ? Pl. advice which medicine can I continue lifetime to solve my problem ?
Brief Answer:
Please continue the medicines as needed and as advised.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have already mentioned the alternative therapy that can help you, avoid the instigating and enhancing factors and additional management.
Take the medicines as and when needed as these are helping you too. If you can manage the factors well, the requirement of medications is drastically reduced and the factors governing too change from time to time and hence there will be periods in life wherein you may not need any treatment at all.
This is most probably a sort of irritable bowel syndrome or irritable functional bowel problem if all the tests are normal.
Take care. Follow the instructions and you will be fine. Hope I have answered your query.
Thank you.
