Brief Answer:
You have Oligoasthanoterratozoospermia

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query and uploading all the relevant reports which suggest that you have Oligoasthanoterratozoospermia meaning there by that your sperm count .motility of sperms and morphology of sperms are abnormal as compared to standard range as per guidelines of WHO to effect in pregnancy .

Truly speaking there are no medications that can help to increase sperm count and motility of sperms .

With given semen parameters there are no chances of natural conception or even with OUI.

Please consult qualified Infertility specialist for evaluation and to explore the possibility of pregnancy with the help of newly assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
