Question: Hi. Am 35 yrs old my wife 29. What is the best medicine to strong sperm. And penis.
1 more think. During the intercourse some times my panis has been loose. And I tried 2 times for get pregnant. Last 6 month. And get married since 2 yrs. Nw we r planning for baby. My sperm count 50%.

1) mostly time m not ready for intercourse. And it's happnd more than 10 times last 6 months. Bt in starting of marriage was going perfect. In march 2013.

Actually after intercourse I wash panise with cold water. Many times so may it's couse of erection. Or loose during sex.

2) I lost my semen analysis copy to shifting XXXXXXX

3) bfor married I had sex more than 200 times with condoms only. And every time I washd panise with water. And some times I had pills manforse 50. With other name Siadilfil. I dnt remember.

Kindly suggest best medicine for hard penis and strong sperm. So I can plan baby within 15 days.
Plzz help me out.

Hi,

1) Please send me semen analysis report. Without the report it is difficult to suggest remedy.

2) If you are able to have intercourse, that is enough to have babies. You dont need medicines.

3) If you have had intercourse successfully so many times as you mentioned, you will be able to make your wife pregnant. Once in a while being not able to perfor ( due to stress generally) is normal and not to worry.

4) Hardness of penis is not related to increased chances of pregnancy. If you are able to have intercourse and ejaculate inside vagina, it is sufficient to make her pregnant.
