Suggest Medication To Lighten Stretch Marks On Hips, Abdomen, Lower Back And Arms

Question: Hello Doctor !
Am a 25 year old girl. The problem is that I've got severe stretch marks on my hips, tummy, lower back and arms. It is due to rapid weight fluctuations. I've tried n number of creams but they hardly worked. Recently I had an appointment with a dermatologist in my locality. She suggested me to take Rf Secret fractional microneedling that improves the appearance of stretch marks to a great extent. I do know that stretch marks cannot be removed completely. But if this technology promises to fade them to some extent, I would like to go ahead. Please tell me about the efficacy and most importantly the SAFETY part of taking this treatment. I'm getting married within four months. Since I've got stretch marks on my lower abdomen, will taking this treatment on the area affect my fertility? Is it FDA approved? My dermatologist claims so but I couldn't find it on the website. Please advise. I've provided the link for your reference.
