Suggest Medication To Lose Weight

Question: I am obese. 240 lbs. 5'11" male aged 42 years old. is there any medications or treatments to lose the weight? diet and exercise is obvious, but unable to exercise due to constant fatigue. dieting causes more tiredness and cravings so that does not work either.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
The best way to lose weight is definitely an exercise regime supplements with proper diet control.
Since you have to shed a really lot of weight,it may not be possible to achieve it of your own.Although there are various products available in market which claim reduction of weight but they are generally not FDA approved and may carry various side effects.Being a doctor,I don't approve the use of such products.
The best is to take the help of a professional physical instructor and a professional dietician. Give it a try of 6 months and see the result.
If you still fail,then best for you would be to go to a BARIATRIC SURGEON and seek his opinion regarding the surgery for loss of weight.Such type of surgery also prevents development of diabetes,hypertension and delays joints destruction.
