Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Persistent loose bowel movements can be due to different causes. Some of the more common causes are: (1)irritable bowel syndrome- IBS is a common cause

(2)infection- it would be best to have a stool sample sent to the lab to find out if an infection is present before using any antibiotics

(3)inflammatory bowel disease- crohns disease or ulcerative colitis- these conditions cause inflammation/irritation of the colon. A scope is needed to find out if either of these is present

(4)thyroid disease- high levels of thyroid hormone can cause cause loose movements

(5)diabetes- uncontrolled diabetes can affect the nerves in the intestines

(6)food intolerance or allergies

(7)side effect of medication

The LFT results show an increase in AST and ALT. There are different causes for slight elevation in these tests, the most common are : (1) due to alcohol use
(2) non alcohol fatty liver disease- fat builds up in the liver and causes damage
(3)infection of the liver

Recommend: (1) stool test to the lab
(2)blood tests- complete blood count and ESR . The ESR looks for inflammation in the body
(3)test for thyroid and diabetes
(4)a scope of your colon may be needed as well

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
