Suggest Medications For Termination Of Pregnancy

Question: Hello doctor.
I had sex with my boyfriend in month of december 9,2014. I had ipill for not to conceive it. But its march and my periods are missed from last three months. My pregancy test is also positive. I want to abort it. Please help with safe remedy which i can use it. As i can't disclose it with my parents.

I can realize your concern about termination of pregnancy.

I can understand that it is very difficult for you to consult a Gynecologist and get your abortion done.

But as you are 3 months pregnant, pregnancy can only be terminated by surgical procedure called D&C ( dialatation and curettage).

So you should first get your ultrasound pelvis done to ensure the exact weeks and site of pregnancy and then go for surgical abortion.

Is it necessary to go for surgical termination. Is der any other method to terminate. And second is there any major effects on body and will it b detected in future too????
