Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sugar is under control , so continue same medicine.
Triglycerides slightly raised , so stop old medicine for cholesterol and start
Rosuvastatin 20 and fenofibrate 145
Rest continue same treatment.
There is infection in urine.
So get culture sensitivity urine done ,to confirm the bacteria causing infection, and review with report.
I hope your query clear now.
Thank you.
