Fever needs few investigation ( CBC ,esr,CRP, pbf ,COVID rtpcr test) tab Tylenol 325 mg can be taken maximum , tab natalins Rx single tab for a week ,if u have any other symptoms like rash, aches , breathless etc please mention ( drink lots of fluids juices, coconut water,fresh fruits and vegetables,amla aloevera XXXXXXX turmeric etc and sky technique breathing exercises also helps )
