Before answering your question I want to ask you -are you having any vaginal discharge or any other symptoms?
With your symptoms you are having pruritis vulvae.
Treatment in my opinion-
- Warm bath.
- Maintain vaginal hygiene
- Use topical steroid cream( hydrocortisone)
- At your age topical estrogen cream is also helpful( after consulting your doctor).
- Antihistaminics drugs for itching.
- Wear loose and cotton underpants
- Avoid perfumed and irritant soap and lotion
- Take healthy and protein rich diet, avoid sugar
- take Yougart and vitamin b complex
- Avoid use of antibiotics, oral pills etc.
