Brief Answer:
If it doesn't resolve in 3 weeks go for biopsy
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in.
As per your history, tobacco chewing may cause mouth ulcers & it can be associated with many other diseases like:- leukoplakia, submucous fibrosis or candidiasis.
First step is complete ceasation of tobacco use.Secondly continue with antioxidant & apply kenakort gel to that area.
Thirdly if problem persists more than 3 weeks then go for biopsy.
Lastly include green leafy vegetables in your diet & drink plenty of water.
If problem persists consult your dentist.
Hope I answered your query
Wishing you good health

Problem has come down 80 percent
Burning sensation has just little bit no problem in mouth opening and ulcer has also gone down
But I feel stress tense about all these
Fear of serious disease
Osmf dentist told me you are suffering
It all will go since your mouth opening is very good it all will go but will take time
