You seems to have Unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia.

So I advise you to get an Ultrasound abdomen,Peripheral smear,complete blood picture to find the exact cause.

Meanwhile avoid fatty and fried foods.

Quit smoking and alcohol if any.

Take fruits like pomegranate,apple and oats in your diet.
