1. In my clinical practice I usually follow the below said protocol'

a. Avoidance of carcinogens: tobacco in any form, alcohol, radiations from x-rays-mobiles-towers (as far as possible)

b. Immunomodulation ( Rasayan Chikitsa): which corrects dysfunction of tissues without disturbing the functions of normal tssues,and also potentiates humoral antibodies by increasing serum immunoglobilin's.

. Vitamin A: helps to maintain Thymus gland which is powerful anti viral gland: XXXXXXX carrots, cantaloupe, egg yolk,apricots,pumpkin,papaya.

. Vitamin C: is needed for proper functioning of Immune system: Amla (Indian gooseberry)

. Vitamin E: is a powerful anti oxidant which helps to stimulate antibody production: peanuts, dries apricots,cooked spinach,taro root.

. Ashwagandha,Mandukparni,Shatavri,Trikatu, Vacha,Guduchi are best In my no modulators, you can consult with an Ayurveda Physician nearby you.
