Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Frequent nasal blockage in response to cold are a sign of allergic rhinitis. It is usually due to a nasal septum deviation. You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done to see the exact pathology. The management will depend on the reports.

For symptoms relief you can take tablet levocetrizine plus montelukast once daily and nasal spray twice daily for a week.

Take steam inhalation.

All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
