Thanks for asking. There are single calculi seen in both the kidneys They are small in size & are non obstructive in nature,
* In this scenario you can take up natural means described below along with doctor's advise , He will advise for herbal product like Cystone 2 pills three times a day with lot of water,/ get your urine tested to decide type of stone ( depending on the crystals seen in urine sample . Also advise dietary restrictions to restrict reformation/ increase in size of the stones..( oxilates/ phosphates containing food )
* Small ,smooth (phosphate kidney stones ) can be tried to be flushed out with plenty of water intake.. called as Hydropathy...which induces lot of urine production & it's forceful excretion... with which stones in lower urinary tract can also get expelled.
- some liquids like lemon juice XXXXXXX Apple cider vinegar,pomegranate juice or kidney bean broth can be used to help the process.
