Question: Hi as suggested by healthcare magic doctors, I have brought Thriphala churna, kanchanara goggulu tablets, amalaki churna, and bhringa XXXXXXX churna for my lipoma and hair loss,
Please suggest me the way to use them...
Can I include 3(bhringa XXXXXXX amalaki, thriphala) togather to drink in one sip...?

Thanks for consulting us.
As you are on lipoma and hairloss treatment.
I advised and prescribed you the medication for Hair loss.
Thripala churna- 2gram,amalaki choornam -1gram,Bhiringaraja 1gram- all the above can be mix and take it in one sip with water- oral. take it twice a day- half an hour after food
kanchanara goggulu -2 tablet (oral) twice a day- half an hour after food.
Kindly follow the advice given to you in earlier communication.
External Application:
Apply sesame oil to your hair as well as on scalp frequently thrice in a week.
Trichup hair oil should be used daily.
Use herbal shampoos like shymala . Use XXXXXXX herbal paste to cleanse your hair alternatively.
Avoid stress, stay away from pollution.
