Brief Answer:
Need Cardiac Evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
After going through your medical details I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that causes for left axis deviation can vary from chronic high blood pressure to any other underlying cardiac disease like heart attack or conduction defects which requires proper evaluation for proper treatment.
Considering your age, symptoms of short breath, Left Axis Deviation in ECG and history of hypertension it is recommended for you to get the basic cardiac screening test done for evaluation of cardiac disease.
Kindly get an Echocardiography and treadmill Test done and get back to me with reports so that I can assist you.
Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap

Dear Dr Partap
I am having a review of my medications next Tuesday (29th) and at the same time am making arrangements to have a stress ECG conducted in accordance with what I believe is known as the "Bourke Protocol". I will update you with the results as soon as I have them.
Best regards
