You had knee surgery and taking different medicine to reduce pain and for proper sleep if i am correct. Please confirm it.
Adderell is an amphetamine derivative use to increase attentiveness and concentration but it reduces appetite and sleep. After long use it becomes less potent and tolerance develops.
AS it causes appetite loss so body becomes weak and deficient in vitamins also causes anemia.
Now do following things
1. For pain management take tab diclofenac sodium at the place of ibuprofen. It is better than ibuprofen.
2. For sleep take tab zolpidem much better than clonazepam.
3. Take multivitamins..antioxidants...and iron folic acid syrup for anemia. You will feel more energetic and functional.
4. Go for thyroid assessment. Hypothyroidism can also cause such symptoms.
In my opinion after following these instructions you will be completely fine.
Better to go for it.
As your problem is treatble so nothing to worry.

Just curious but how did you know that I have had knee surgery? Also that was almost a year ago so no longer taking any pain medication for that.
I was diagnosed with extreme stress, anxiety and depression. That is why I was prescribed the adderall and Clonazepam which I only take at night. Recently I noticed that the adderall was not working as well and wearing off fairly quickly in which I would get a pretty bad headache and little to no energy. Even on the adderall I notice that I am alert and focused but the lack of energy is still there.
I was wondering if there was something else that I should be taking or doing differently. I also take vitamins and am not anemic.

3 You need two drugs only for depression tab Escitalopram for depression and tab Zolpidem for sound sleep.
4 Tab mouth dissolving Clonazepam at the time of anxiety only for relief in a minute.
5 Add tab Amitryptilline for headache and whole body ache.
Do not worry your problem is easily treatable.

Thank you for this information. I will do some research on these products.
My thing is that I like the way that adderall has worked for me in regards to keeping me alert and focused at work. I am definitely getting much more done and doing way better then I was. Before I could barely bring myself to do anything. What I am lacking is the energy/social aspect. I feel like I don't have much physical energy and it gets way worse once I get home. I don't feel like doing or really even talking to anyone. I used to be very social and want to do things and now I just want to lay on the couch and do nothing.
So I guess what I am saying is the adderall is helping me with regards to work and keeping me alert and focused which I like and helps with my stress levels.
If there is something else that can help with the other side that I mentioned, please let me know your thoughts

I signed up to this website hopefully to get some real help and so far all I have got is a lot of different answers. The most recent answer being an over the counter pill that is suppose to make me feel better. I have tried those before and they have never helped. Basically I am no better off then when I started.
