Question: i want to know about breast enlargement. can you please suggest if pills and cream works to increase the breast size, if yes then tell me name of a good brand of pills and cream to be used.

Most breast enlargement pills and creams contain natural containing estrogens called phyto oestogens which tend to stimulate the estrogen receptors in the breasts.
Estrogen stimulates fluid retention and has an effect on breast tissue.
Most of the companies selling these products do not list the potential risks or any studies conducted on the medication so at present time there is little evidence of long term safety and efficacy.
Estrogen also stimulates growth in the uterus and when it is given in birth control pills and in hormone replacement medication, it is normally given with progesterone to counteract its effects.
Some of the herbs present in breast enlargement pills:blessed thistle, dong quai, fennel seed,fenugreek,hops,pueraria mirifica,saw palmetto,wild yam,bovine ovary extract.
These substances may be safe and cause no problems but the problem is that we do not know for sure unless proper studies are done, so at present not enough medication is available by the medical fratenity to assess the safety.
