Question: Hi,
Am XXXXXXX 28Yrs old male. My wife 26yrs old. We got married 2 months back. We like to have our kid. Can you guide us some do and dont and your guidance for getting pregnant quickly.

If your wife has normal regular monthly period then she should be having ovulation which is an important factor in getting pregnant . If her cycles are regular then her most fertile period should be between day 11-20 of her cycle . The first day of the period is counted as day 1 of the cycle . Try to have regular inter course during the fertile days . Also make sure she doesn't get tested up for at least 15min after inter course. As for you , avoid smoking and alcohol for you while . Don't wear tight under garments and stay away from heated areas . You can take tab VIROLON one tab daily for you3 months . It helps with sperm motility .
