It all depends upon the size of incision.
If its 2-3 cm small, then she can do whatever she wants now.
If its a bigger incision then a period of 2-3 months is advised to avoid lifting heavy weight. And she needs to keep her hand firmly over the scar while coughing or sneezing to support it during this time.
