Question : My wife has taken the first tablet orally on Thursday night at 9 pm Now how should she have the remaining tablets

Thanks for the query to healthcare magic.com

If your wife has been contemplating a medical abortion under physician guidance, preferably and she has already taken the first Mifepristone 200mg pill then she should take the remaining 4 tabs of misoprostol 200mg each together after 36 hrs from the time she had taken the first pill, i.e 9AM on saturday morning.
this should be followed by bleeding within 6-8 hrs and abdominal cramps.
bleeding shall increase and then after passage of products shall subside along with the pain in next 2-3 days. post stoppage of bleeding get a ultrasound pelvis to confirm completion of abortion.
Also important is the period of gestation as in how many weeks pregnancy is it now?
