Suggest Protein Supplements Help Build Muscles

Question: I work out almost all the days of the week, strength followed by cardio and work on one muscle a day. I have a avg built and height. I have studied about the protein powder based supplement. to get the same out of something homemade I have started having paneer made at home from half a liter of cow milk and also the water that separates as that is what they call whey. I have the water soon after my workout in the evening and the paneer next morning. I am a vegetarian , 28 yrs old. I need to know if am doing right with this intake for its benefits. what else can get me to build more muscle and get in shape. please advice.

Yes, paneer contains good amount of protein, along with protein powder you can get protein through your diet.
Along with current diet, you can add other protein contains food like nuts, peanut butter with whole grain toast, fruits, cheese, soya, pulses or sprouts and meal maker which contains good amount of protein.
Not only protein contains food but you have to take well balanced diet which contains fat, low calorie carbohydrate food and protein.
Need not say about physical exercises since you are already doing work out. But I suggest you do work outs with gym master instruction who can give you right instructions.
Eat small amounts of food 4-5 times a day. Do not eat heavy meal at a time.
