Brief Answer:
erratic bowels can make us very anxious.
Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
I can understand your concern because erratic bowels can make us very anxious. You seem to have mixed type of Irritable bowel syndrome.
I would advise you to take an early dinner and avoid garlic, coffee, onions, red meat, heavy meals at night.
Raise your head-end while sleeping.
Take a digestive enzyme preparation that contains activated charcoal at night.
No IBS does not kill, it is only bothersome.
I also want you to exercise vigorously if there is no contraindications due to your heart, and form a group that can absorb your day-to-day anxieties.
Please revert back.
Regards
