Suggest Remedies For MRSA Staph Infection On Face
Question: I have been taking doxycycline for three months now. I had a severe case of MRSA in my face. I had a lower face and neck lift in feb 2016 and I am a picker which I hate plus I work as a nurse in nursing homes. Can the longetivity of the abt use cause edema in my feet and ankles. This just started. No health problems other than type 2 diabetic under control and Hypertension controlled with medication. It actually feels like I can feel drops of water falling on my feet but it is actually inside my legs

CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average). Also known by other names such as GlycoHemoglobin or Glycated Hemoglobin or A1c
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
TSH (checks your thyroid) 12 hour Fasting Lipid profile
Urine albumin to Creatinine Ratio (early sign of diabetes affecting the kidney)
25 hydroxy Vitamin D levels (ideal range 40 to 60 ng/ml = 100 to 150 nmol/liter)
