No specific treatment for now.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns for your daughter.
She has been diagnosed with PCOS and Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH).
No specific treatment is required as your daughter is asymptomatic.
Oral contraceptives are generally indicated in PCOS for regularisation of menses.
For FNH, ultrasound examinations every six months for the first three years after diagnosis is recommended. If there is no progression, no specific treatment is needed.
For low blood pressure, she should take lots of water and other fluids.
Mood swings are common in PCOS. For headaches, she can take ibuprofen.
hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Regards.
