Suggest Remedies For A Bruise On The Forehead Post An Injury

Question: I tripped on a hose on the sidewalk and I fell forward and hit my knees and nose and forehead on the sidewalk. I kind of scraped my face. I cleaned myself up and put ice on the bump on my forehead. I am okay but need to know if I can take an aspirin or something? Should I lay down or sit up? etc.

Is anybody there??????
