Suggest Remedies For A Cut On The Testicle

Question: I'm a 22 year old male. About 2 days ago I was trimming my pubic hair. I got a bit careless with the razor and I accidentally cut my right testicle. The blade penetrated the skin about 1/10 centimeters deep but I was holding my testicles at an angle and the right testicle was pressed against the skin when it was penetrated. I almost didn't realize I cut myself as there was very little pain and only a single bead of blood came from the cut. Shortly after I realized I was cut I panicked and felt a pain in my lower abdomen, but i believe this pain was caused by my panic as I have not felt it since. The only symptom I seem to have is what is best described as an occasional feeling of very minor discomfort/pain. Should I go to the hospital ?
