Brief Answer:
Seems to be either yeast infection or vitamin deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist.

I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be due to either yeast infection or due to vitamin deficiency.

If I're your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply an antifungal steroid combination cream like Clotrimazole and Beclomethasone combination cream on the affected areas for 10-14 days along with a multivitamin supplement tablets.

This should resolve your problem.
