Suggest Remedies For A Lump On The Labia Majora
Question: Hi I have a small very tiny bump on my labia majora. I have been getting random flesh colored single tiny bumps on that area for a couple of years now. It will go away for months and then come back. Sometimes it appears on the opposite side than before. It doesn't hurt or itch but it doesn't seem like I can pop it. I have already gotten tested for HSV 6 times and I have gotten different results each time with the same test. I recently did a test from the university of XXXXXXX that is supposed to be the most accurate and it came back negative for HSV 2. This pimple I get has coming to this exact location though when my immune system is down or maybe right before my period or when I'm stressed. It has me worried but goes away within a week and never bothers me until I notice it. Everything else I've read online does not sound like my case so I'm not sure if it's a swollen gland, a pimple or something out of the ordinary or praying that it's not an STD.. which I don't think it is because it doesn't look like any pictures I've seen. It does look different though and not normal. When it goes away it just shrinks and then disappears. It is tiny but noticeable
Brief Answer:
It does not seem like STD
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welconto Healthcaremagic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
I have read your notes carefully. From the description it does not seem like STD. It seems like mild inflammation of gland near hair follicle which subsides on its own and disappears.
Try taking vitamin B and C to improve your immunity. Eat healthy protein rich food. It may stop appearing again.
I hope this is helpful.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
