Suggest Remedies For A Pus Filled Cyst Near The Scrotum

Question: My father has a cyst (which is what the doctors called it) and it won't heal and he is at a 5 for pain and liquid continues to drain and he has seen three different doctors and they all tell him that it will eventually drain and he is beginning to doubt this. It is right next to his scrotum, slightly below and the doctors always squeeze and drain but it is not healing. The liquid has strong to mild odour. What do you suggest?

Please do let me know if he has other diseases like Diabetes or Hypertension.
Also do let us know what surgeries have been done earlier.
It is quite possible that it would have been an infected cyst which has been drained surgically and the pus is draining now. Is he on any medications like antibiotics?
