Question : I have had recurring bubble in throat for the last week that I'm pretty sure is gas; sometimes it's in back left shoulder. I had lap band surgery 6 years ago and I'm wondering if I'm eating too much or too fast.

Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have dyspeptic symptoms.

Since you had a lap surgery , its advisable to go for an ultrasound abdomen for further evaluation of your symptoms.

Further management if any is based on test reports.

Meanwhile I prescribe oral pills of Pantoprazole 40 mg one pill daily on empty stomach for 1 week.
