Question: Hello Dr. XXXXXXX I am concerning about my small, hard lump, smaller size than a XXXXXXX which is on my soft skin above the clitoris. It seems getting bigger and harder and when I touch it , it hurts but other than that I don't feel anything different in my body or my skin. I don't know what it is and what should I do about it. Thank you so much for your help.

Brief Answer:
Can be a urethral carbuncle

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Lump above the clitoral region can be of infectious pathology, can be a pus filled cavity, or can be a urethral carbuncle.
All these are painful and gradually increase in size.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination and get antibiotics accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
