Hello,

Do you see blood in the stools? Do you palpate any lump there?
First we need to know what is that wound. It could be fissure or piles most likely and are common. If it is one of them they are easily treatable. Sometimes abscess and fistulas are also present.
Generally iif it is fissure or piles we give ANOVATE cream (Lignocaine plus beclomethasone) combination for these wounds. Ispaghula powder, 3 spoons in the water at the bed time to avoid hard stools.
I suggest you to see a doctor for digital examination to determine the nature of the wound and appropriate treatment.

I suggest you to refrain from intercourse till the lump heals.
you can use a cream which has Beclomethasone and Lignocaine 1% in it that is available in your pharmacy. YOu can ask the pharmacist similar to ANOVATE

I have given the names of generic forms. ANOVATE is a brand name available in XXXXXXX I am not sure if available with the same brand in Srilanka. However Beclomethasone Ointment and Lignocaine Topical are available. Ask the pharmacist for an anal topical ointment which has Beclomethasone and Lignocaine in it.
