Hello XXXXXXX
I am concerned about you now having shortness of breath. I think it would be best for you to go to the ER where they can listen to your lungs, get a chest X-ray, and depending on what they hear, possibly have you do a breathing spirometry test to see how much air you are able to move.
Depending on this exam, they may want to give you an oral or inhaled corticosteroid to decrease inflammation that might be happening.
So please do go in to be examined. I hope this information helps.

Okay Will do. I have a corticosteroid asthma medicine(symbicort my doctor gave me a few months ago would that work? because im having pain in my back and head and cant breathe when going up a flight of stairs. )
Brief Answer:
It may not be enough.
Detailed Answer:
It's possible that the Symbicort may not be enough right now. It depends on the severity of your symptoms. And it sounds like your symptoms may require more than Symbicort with is an inhaled corticosteroid plus a bronchodilator. Symbicort is unlikely to help the head pain - be sure to tell the ER doctor about that as well.
