Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

For mild acidity, you can take over the counter Antacids like polycrol or mucaine or wydrate. Other brands and combinations like trisil in chewable tablet forms are also available.

If there is inadequate response or the acidity is moderate to severe then PPIs like lansoprazole +/_ a pro kinetic can be advised based on the severity.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
